Agency Operators provides digital products, including educational resources, live coaching sessions, consulting services, and access to a members-only community. These services are delivered via our website at www.agencyoperators.io. This policy outlines how we fulfill orders, and under what circumstances we issue refunds.

Fulfillment Policy
All services and products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase:

Access to digital materials (courses, documents, recordings, etc.) is granted immediately or within 24 hours.

Coaching sessions or consulting calls are scheduled within 3–5 business days via email or calendar link.

Community access (if applicable) is granted within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our programs and services. However, due to the nature of digital content and consulting time, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

One-Time Digital Purchases (e.g. Courses, Templates)
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

Coaching & Consulting Programs
Due to the time-based nature of coaching and consulting:

No refunds are offered once sessions have started

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a full refund

Subscription Services (if applicable)
Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or annually depending on your plan.

You may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Return Policy
As our services are digital and non-tangible, there is nothing to return. Instead, we offer limited refunds as outlined above.
